 WHAT IS STERLING SILVER?

925 Sterling silver is an alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. 

WHAT IS VERMEIL GOLD?

Gold vermeil is a traditional technique of plating sterling silver with gold that originated in France in the 18th century.  All of our gold vermeil pieces are coated with 18 karat gold.

WHAT IS 14K YELLOW GOLD?

14k gold is the most commonly used gold for jewelry. It's composed of 58.3% gold and 41.7% alloy. Appearance: 14k gold has a yellow hue brighter than 10k gold, but not nearly as vibrant as 24k gold what makes it ideal for a daily use.

DOES YOUR JEWELRY CONTAIN NICKEL?

No! But if you would like to order some pieces, and they do not agree with your skin, we will happily accept an exchange on the item. Please note that the exchange must be within 15 days of receipt.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES ON YOUR WEBSITE LISTED IN?

All prices on our website are listed in U.S. currency and all orders will be charged in USD currency.

We offer free standard international shipping on all orders. Express shipping is available via FedEdx.

SHIPPING TIME

We carry both made to order and in stock items. Made to order pieces ship within approximately 4 to 5 weeks of purchase. In stock pieces ship within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase. While we aim to process and ship orders within these time frames, these are estimates only. To view whether an item is made to order or in stock, please refer to the individual product page of the item.

If you have purchased a combination of made to order and in stock pieces, your entire order will ship once all items are complete. If you would like the in stock portion of your order to ship separately, please email us at info@vendavaljewelry.com for special shipping arrangements.  Additional shipping charges will apply.

Please note we do not ship on weekends and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEWELRY IS DEFECTIVE OR I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?

First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to info@vendavaljewelry.com. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help resolve this for you asap!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales on vendavaljewelry.com are final.  If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@vendavaljewelry.com.  We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

Exchange requests for all items must be made within 15 days of delivery. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 5 days, otherwise the exchange is no longer eligible.

Please contact us info@vendavaljewelry.com to submit your request. Your request must include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser, Date of Purchase and a brief description for the exchange.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

REPAIR POLICY

We offer a one year limited warranty* for all our pieces. For any issues within that time frame, please fill out our Contact Form here. Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase and you will receive a repair quote or solution from our Customer Service Team within 5-7 business days.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). 

Please note, we are unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees. If you choose not to collect your package which has custom fees owing, your package will be discarded and you will not be refunded. We are also unable to issue refunds for any form of shipment delays caused by third party carriers.
